CPRC-HDC Joint Spring Meeting 2023

We’re excited to announce the 2nd Hudson-Delaware and Chesapeake-Potomac Joint SETAC Regional Chapter Meeting to be held (in person) at the Eurofins Agroscience Services Laboratory in Easton, Maryland on April 17 - 18, 2023. Early bird registration is now open until April 10th, after which registration fees will increase. All students register FREE!

Remember, the deadline for abstract submission is February 27 (Monday), 2022. Student members have the opportunity to apply for a $100 travel award and can participate in the student presentation competition. Apply through the abstract submission form.

Some topics to be included may include:

• Chemicals of emerging concern (e.g., PFAS, microplastics, pharmaceuticals and personal care products)
• Environmental Toxicology and Stress Response
• Environmental Risk Assessment
• Engineering, Remediation and Restoration
• Field and case studies, and sustainable practices for reducing exposure risk of environmental contaminants
• Advance in analysis and monitoring of chemical contaminants
• Policy, Management and Communication

The meeting will include a speaker from SETAC-North America, keynote presentations, technical sessions, workshops/short courses, student awards, tour(s) of the Eurofins Agroscience Services laboratory, and lots of opportunities for networking.
