Membership

Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) is an independent, nonprofit professional society that provides a forum for individuals and institutions engaged in the study of environmental issues, management and conservation of natural resources, environmental education, and environmental research and development.

Chesapeake Potomac Regional Chapter (CPRC) of SETAC is a non-profit organization started in the year 1983.  CPRC’s mission is to promote the exchange of information among environmental scientists in the Mid-Atlantic States.  Note: you do not have to be a SETAC North America member to be a member of CPRC.

• Networking with fellow scientists and regulators in the Chesapeake-Potomac region
• Opportunities for involvement in mentoring of young scientists or other CPRC SETAC sponsored outreach activities
• Eligibility to present research at annual meetings
• Eligibility to win student travel or research awards

Membership Payment Methods

Please email receipts from methods #1 or #2 to the CPRC Treasurer and for each membership purchased please indicate: name; affiliation; contact email; and number of years for which membership is being paid.

Annual dues are:  Student $5; Professional $15.

1. Preferred Method:  You can pay membership dues through the SETAC-North America (SETAC-NA) website by following this link.  You do not have to be a SETAC-NA member to use this option!
2. Direct:  Submit payment directly to CPRC via PayPal using this link (credit cards accepted, no PayPal account needed) and enter appropriate fee amount.
3. Snail mail:  Send check or money order payments through snail mail to:
