CPRC Hike & Dine

Take a much-needed nature break and join CPRC for a hike at Harpers Ferry, WV on Saturday, September 10th! Starting at 10 am, we will hike along the Murphy-Chambers farm trail (1 – 3 miles), which features a beautiful scenery of the Shenandoah River and mountainous skyline in addition to historical sites significant during the Civil War, like the John Brown Fort.

We will end the hike with a delicious meal at 1 pm at The Rabbit Hole pub in the area, which also has a fantastic view of the mountains, and is walking distance from The Point – a sight where the Shenandoah meets the Potomac River.

Please register to the event using this link, so we can get a head count. Feel free to invite your family and friends. Rain date is September 17th. Please note that this is a pay-on-your-own event. The entrance fee to the park is $20 per car, which includes the parking fee and transportation around the area (including near The Rabbit Hole). We recommend car pooling and will send a link upon registration.
